I spent $50, where's my free mystery gift?
A mystery gift will only be sent if you have spent $50, excluding shipping costs. If you have done this and have still not received your free mystery gift, please email us at sidequestsurprises@outlook.com and we'll sort it out for you
My order still hasn't arrived. Where is it?
All orders (apart from orders under $5) have tracking. Please contact Australia Post with your tracking number if you are unable to access updates via their website. Once your order leaves our HQ, it leaves our control.
I'm unhappy with my order. Can I get a refund?
Our products are mystery products. If you are unhappy with what you have received, unfortunately that is not grounds for a refund. However, if you've received an item that is damaged, please email us at sidequestsurprises@outlook.com, along with a photo of the damaged product/s. Please do this within 3 business days of receiving your order. Orders are covered by up to $100 worth of insurance with Australia Post for items lost or damaged in transit.
Is your stock located in Australia?
It sure is! All of our stock is on hand, shipped directly from our HQ in Beachmere, QLD, 4510! We are not drop shippers. You won't be waiting weeks on end for your order to arrive. Argh! Isn't that just the worst? We think so!
Are you really just a small business?
Affirmative! This is a one (wo)man show. I pick, pack and post all of your orders myself. No employees. Just little old me. Send coffee!
